About

The whole picture

I started in finance — wealth management at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, with Series 7 and 66 licenses — and in real estate, where I went from selling homes to investing in them. In 2016 I founded Deep Blue Capital to do it on my own terms, building a portfolio of single-family homes and fix-and-flips. On an eight-month trip through more than twenty countries scouting opportunities, I landed a short-term-rental arbitrage in Armenia.

Over time the company outgrew real estate. Today Deep Blue Capital is the umbrella over a portfolio I build and operate — a game studio, a food channel, a travel agency, fine-art photography, and an AI agency.

And it's all AI-native. Every venture — the games, the food media, the travel, the real-estate models — runs on software and AI I build myself, with automation and agents wired through end to end. An investor's eye for value, an operator's pragmatism, and a builder's obsession with the details.
